The US technology company Apple only recently introduced the new iPhone 13 series phones, and rumors have already started circulating on the Internet not only about the company's devices coming out next year, but also in 2023. This shouldn't come as much of a surprise, as we hear rumors about Apple's upcoming products all the time.
iPhone smartphones have been using primary cameras for almost a decade, which are equipped with 12 MP image sensors. The year 2022 may lead to long-awaited changes, reveals market analyst Ming-Chi Kuo. According to the latter, the new models of the iPhone 14 Pro series may be introduced with 48 MP lenses.
True, although the sensors will have a much higher resolution, the final photos will still be 12 MP. Apple intends to use technology that combines the four points into one, giving users a ground-resolution result with greater detail.
It is possible that the products of the iPhone 14 Pro series will have a separate function that will allow capturing photos with a resolution of 48 MP. And this may not be the only innovation. In 2023, when the flagships of the iPhone 15 series are expected to debut, Apple may also offer the periscope lens that can be found on many high-end Android smartphones.
Unfortunately, however, this is all the information that is known about Apple's plans for now. Of course, it should be remembered that the year 2021 is not yet over, and the iPhone 13 series of smartphones were launched just a few months ago. This means that more information about the new iPhones should appear only next year.
